  • Place chops on center of grill.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.

  • Place chops in skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
