Tender and deliciously versatile. Our flavorful boneless pork loin filet is the perfect centerpiece for every imaginable pork loin recipe.

Grill
  • Preheat grill on medium high heat.
  • Season loin filet and brush with oil if desired.
  • Place loin filet on center of grill. Cover and grill 15-20 minutes per pound, or until juices run clear. Internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should reach 145°F.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place loin filet in a shallow roasting pan. (For easy cleanup, line pan with foil.)
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes per pound, uncovering for the last 15 minutes. Internal temperature in the thickest part of the filet should reach 145°F.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
