Sausage And Franks

Uncured Pork Franks

Call them franks. Call them hot dogs. Either way, our uncured hot dogs are simple, savory, and just plain delicious. 

Ingredients

Pork, Water, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Mustard Flour, Raw Sugar, Celery Powder, Cherry Powder (Fresh Cherries, Organic Cane Sugar [Evaporated Cane Juice]), Spices, Paprika, Dried Onion and Garlic, Flavorings.

Cooking instructions

Grill
  • Place franks on grill over medium heat.
  • Grill for 8-10 minutes, or until heated through.
Stove Top
  • Place desired number of franks in a saucepan along with plenty of water, enough to cover completely.
  • Heat to boil.
  • Remove franks and serve.
Our uncured pork franks are fully cooked.
