Cooking Instructions


  • Preheat grill on medium high heat.
  • Place chops on center of grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side (145ºF internal temperature).
  • Appliances vary. Heating times approximate.


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan. (For easy cleanup, line pan with foil.)
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes per pound, uncovering for the last 15 minutes. Internal temperature in the thickest part of the tenderloin should reach 145°F.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
