Asian Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 Farm Promise® Pork Tenderloin
  • Marinade:
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp hoisin sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine soy, honey, water, hoisin sauce, ginger, garlic together.
  3. In a plastic bag place tenderloin and pour marinate into the bag, squeeze air from the bag and seal. Turn the bag a few times to coat the pork.
  4. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Remove pork from marinade and shake to remove excess liquid. Discard remaining marinade.
  6. Place on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes, turn over and cook 20 minutes longer.
  7. Internal temperature at the thickest part should register 145°F.
  8. Once removed from oven allow to rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
