Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with BBQ Sauce

  • 2 Farm Promise® Pork Tenderloins
  • 6-8 strips of bacon (raw)
  • For the Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (use more if preferred)


  1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Divide sauce and brush half on each tenderloin.
  4. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around pork.
  5. Secure with toothpicks or halved wooden skewers.
  6. Place onto grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, making a ¼ turn every 4-5 minutes.
  7. Once internal temperature reaches 145°F, and the bacon is nicely cooked, removed from heat.
  8. Let meat rest for 5 minutes, carefully remove toothpicks or skewers.
  9. Carve into 1¼ inch slices and serve with you favorite sides. If cooking larger tenderloins, double the sauce recipe.
