GRILLING
Remove outer packaging before cooking.
Preheat grill medium high heat (300°F) for 10 minutes.
Season with your favorite dry rub or seasoning. Place in the center of the grill.
Grill rib for 1 hour, rotating every 10 minutes. (NOTE: After rotating leave the lid open for 3 minutes, then close. This allows time for the ribs to caramelize and not burn).
Internal temperature of rib should be 200°F (thickest part) before removing from grill.
Brush your favorite BBQ sauce prior to removing from the grill.
Remove rib from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
OVEN
Remove outer packaging before cooking.
Preheat oven 350°F.
Season with your favorite rub.
Place seasoned ribs on a foil (2 layers) spray with cooking spray, and double foil wrap.
Place on baking sheet and roast for 2 hours, uncover and roast additional 20 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce, if desired.
Internal temperature 200°F thickest part.
Remove from foil and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting apart.
