Set grill to medium high heat.
Place chops on center of grill.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly browned on both sides and center is no longer pink. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
Preheat skillet on medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Remove outer packaging.
Place chop on pre-headed skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.
Turn chip over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
Remove from skillet and serve with your favorite side.
