GRILLING
Preheat grill on medium high heat.
Place chops on center of grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side (145ºF internal temperature).

OVEN
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan. (For easy cleanup, line pan with foil.)
Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes per pound, uncovering for the last 15 minutes. Internal temperature in the thickest part of the tenderloin should reach 145°F.
Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
