Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Arrange bacon slices in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.

Place in preheated oven, cook for 12-15 minutes or to desired crispness.


Place bacon slices in skillet and cook over medium heat.

Turn frequently, allowing slices to brown evenly on both sides.
