Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin with BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 Farm Promise® Pork Tenderloins
- 6-8 strips of bacon (raw)
For the Sauce:
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (use more if preferred)
Preparation:
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Divide sauce and brush half on each tenderloin.
- Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around pork.
- Secure with toothpicks or halved wooden skewers.
- Place onto grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, making a ¼ turn every 4-5 minutes.
- Once internal temperature reaches 145°F, and the bacon is nicely cooked, removed from heat.
- Let meat rest for 5 minutes, carefully remove toothpicks or skewers.
- Carve into 1¼ inch slices and serve with you favorite sides. If cooking larger tenderloins, double the sauce recipe.
