Double wrap rib with heavy duty foil, place on sheet pan and put in preheated oven.
Bake ribs for 2 hours.
Remove foil and continue to bake rib uncovered for 20 minutes.
Internal temperature should be 200°F (thickest part) before removing from oven.
Remove rib from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
GRILL
Remove outer packaging before cooking.
Preheat grill medium high heat (300°F) for 10 minutes.
Place rib on center of grill and close lid.
Grill rib for 1 hour, rotating every 10 minutes. (NOTE: After rotating leave the lid open for 3 minutes, then close. This allows time for the ribs to caramelize and not burn).
Internal temperature of rib should be 200°F (thickest part) before removing from grill.
Remove rib from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: for fall off the bone ribs place in a 350°F oven for an additional 20 minutes .
