Curried Peachtree Pork Chops

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Farm Promise® Center-Cut Pork Chops
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ tbsp salt
- ½ cup peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp peach jam
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chops and onion, and braise for a few minutes, until chops are golden brown on every side.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
- Pour peach sauce over pork chops and cook, stirring gently, until sauce thickens, about 8–10 minutes.
- Place chops on plates and drench with sweet, peachy sauce.
