Ham and Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Farm Promise® Spiral Sliced Ham, cubed
- 1 pie crust
- 2 tbsp flour
- 6 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped, blanched, and drained
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk or half and half
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Lay pie crust into your favorite pie pan and dust with flour.
- Layer ham, cheese, broccoli, and onion into the pie crust.
- Combine eggs, milk, mustard, and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
- Pour egg and milk mixture into the quiche crust.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until knife inserted into the center of the quiche comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then slice into nice fat wedges and serve.
